Founded in 2023 by Heather Black, Support Coordination Sunny Coast is dedicated to helping individuals achieve the goals outlined in their NDIS plans. We provide expert guidance through the complexities of the NDIS, empowering participants to pursue their aspirations with confidence.

Heather brings extensive experience to the role, having worked in both Support Coordination and Foster Care Management. Her deep understanding of the NDIS ensures that participants receive knowledgeable, compassionate support throughout their journey.
